early bird catches more fish.I have my own bussisness as a wholesaler so im up in the we hours of the morning making sure everbody is workingso I can go fishing FISH ON!!!!!!!!!!

hey is this rain ever going to stop ,lord knows I"m ready ,betcha the shrimp are long gone by now the last time I was out befor fay lots of bait in the river seen fish finning but its hard to fool when live baits around ,did see some nice blast when they struck the bait oh well a bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work see ya fish on

It is going to take a little time for the Salinity to level out after all of this run off! usually once it does the fishing is even better. I have seen this in NC and LA after Hurricanes. So be patient and it will be worth the wait.

oh well guess we got more rain coming went to matansas inlet this morning water browner than expreso did see a whole bunch of 10=12 in mullet did see a couple of bait splashes so think I might go drift finger mullett of the bridge in the morning water is to muddy for boat dont want to waste gas Delete Comment

There's a monthly whiting tournement at the beaches- it's only $10 to get in, and includes a fish fry at the end.
I've seen the prize of $700+!
Largest whiting wins, no limit on catch.
Every first Tuesday of the month, weigh in starts at 4:30pm.

(I couldn't get off of work today or I'd be there!!!)

as far as the big snapper we go to mississippi every year and fish the oil rigs and really load up on HUGE snapper the trick is to use a 50 pound fluorocarbon leader...they cant see the fluorocarbon and I have found this to be more important than the bait I use.....good luck

Hey Yall where the fish at well vilano pier flatties 13 -15 inch nothing to brag about still getting some nice whitting and pompono down matansas way blck drum and whittting angel fish nice blues and and my friend mr tarpon so what have you been catching

okay update down vilano the other night my usual haunt in search of the mighty finger mullet my wife hollars honey come quick there is somthing in the water i get half way down the pier to her and look in the water and shrimp 3 =4 inches long least to say only had four foot cast net with me but i threw ut for 45 minutes and caught a mess load of shrimp tried to fish them no bites oh well shrimp for suppper
